Try some simple banding to add curb appeal!

Many builders use banding to accent the home. It can be as simple as a plain flat band running around the front and sides of the home or you can make a bold statement with a step band or profiled band and dress up with style.  Bands are usually placed as a waist, chair or floor band indicating the separation between the second and first floor.
